SILVER PLAN

Zero upfront costs, zero monthly fees, and no annual charges.  You pay only if you need help.  We’ll work with you to make sure that your incident is resolved in a quick and efficient manner. With the Silver Response plan, you get:

  • Incident response assistance at your pre-arranged rate
  • Incident Response Policy Template – You’ll get a copy of LMG’s incident response policy template.
  • Discounted Tuition for the Cyber First Responders 1-Day Class – This is a hands-on technical class designed to teach IT staff how to take a forensics image, preserve volatile memory, and capture network traffic. When you sign up for LMG’s incident response services, you receive a 10% discount on the tuition for any CFR class.

The Silver Response plan does not include a guaranteed response time. 

GOLD PLAN

Get all the benefits of the Silver Response plan, plus an analysis and recommendations to make sure your incident response plan is effective. In addition to the services listed above, Gold Response includes:

  • Incident Response Policy Gap Analysis – LMG will do a high-level review of your existing incident response policy, and provide you with a checklist showing any gaps that you need to fill.
  • Team Kickoff – Meet your incident responders! Our team will hold a 60-minute virtual introduction and planning session, so that you can get to know your incident response team. This is also a great opportunity for your incident responders to get to know you and understand your unique environment.
  • Quarterly Check-in – Once on board, you have access to a free 30-minute consultation per quarter with your assigned incident response manager.

PLATINUM PLAN

Want access to your incident response team 24/7? You can have it, at a discounted rate. In the Platinum Response plan, you purchase a set number of hours each month, and have access to a 24/7 incident response hotline with a guaranteed service level agreement. Any hours that aren’t used by the designated expiration date can be used for other LMG services. Let us know what you have in mind and we can make it happen!

  • Access to our 24-hour Incident Response Hotline – Guaranteed response in 4 hours or less, and an Incident Manager will be assigned within 16 hours.
