PCBS 2026

Our team had a blast teaching and collaborating at the Pacific Coast Banking School again this year! It was great to spend time with our awesome community, hear about how banks and regulators are evolving, and listen to all the fascinating stories from throughout the year.

Here are some our favorite moments:

@Sherri and @Matt teaching the Cybercrime Challenge! Banks are adopting AI so rapidly that we did a full revamp of our class, adding brand-new material on emerging risks, cybercriminal use of AI, and more.

Spending time with @Joan Reukauf and team in the faculty lounge after class. There were so many great changes this year, including the new schedule—we loved teaching in the afternoons and winding down with everybody afterwards.

Speaking of winding down, Karaoke Bingo and subsequent shenanigans were super fun! Here’s a tower at bingo, moments before Sherri conducted a penetration test and destroyed it.

As a bonus, we got to see one of our favorite colleagues in Seattle! Had a lovely brunch with @Yogi of Costangy – your team is always there for our clients, and we really appreciate you!

It’s especially rewarding to see longtime friends and colleagues like @Dale Daugherty. So fun hanging out with you at Karaoke Bingo!

We were lucky enough to have a special guest speaker in class this year! @Ryan Steidl gave an excellent review of the legal landscape, how it’s changing, and what to expect in the near future. Thanks Ryan for taking the time to join us!

Wrapping it up with the dream team! Such a pleasure working with @Nate and @Matt. We had a great time here in Seattle—looking forward to next year!
